The moment when on February 24th the world realized that Russia invaded Ukraine, everything changed. Chaos entered a seemingly stable European continent. As a reaction to these horrendous acts of aggression Viera Dubačová and Michal Vasiľ (DoP) decided to travel to places Russian forces bombed and occupied – Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, Ozera. There they met those who survived and stayed despite the looming war and documented their stories.

After the screening, the director Viera Dubačová will talk about the life at the Ukraine these days and about the making a film there.
