An old shepherd from Calabria is kept alive thanks to his work and healing powder from church. A new-born goat tries to stand on its own feet and keep pace with the rest of the herd. And a freshly cut-down fir tree ends its life as a temporary “totem” showing what we are and what we will turn into, regardless of what we believe in.
