Elephant

Elephant maps a day at a high school that turns out less ordinary than it started out. Gus van Sant follows several high school students through their daily routine, small talk about homework, football, and gossip. Rather than developing individual stories, he only stays for a moment and quickly moves on to another one. The fragments make up an image of the school, which is about to become a scene of massacre.
