Indian Summer

Saša Gedeon directed a simple story consisting of ordinary situations, resembling films of the Czech new wave movement. The shy and taciturn Klára arrives to a small Czech town to spend the summer at her grandma’s house. Her relationships with boys (and not only those) are overshadowed by her cousin Marie. When Klára starts developing, partly thanks to Maries’s advice, tables turn. Marie, who now stands in Klára’s shadow, comes up with a plan of revenge.
