Joseph Kilian

A Kafkaesque story of absurdity, which the author stated this "relates to the period of the cult, which perversity we weren´t able to understand." Joseph Kilian, an obedient citizen, finds in a city a cats´ rental and immediately borrows one without hesitation. When the next day he wants to return the cat, he finds out the rental disappeared from the street. The penalty for late return is growing, but even authorities are not interested in the peculiar institution...
