Practical information
The 21th Summer Film Festival 4 Elements will be dedicated to the theme NUMBERS. You can purchase a Cinepass, allowing entry to all parts of the program for a special presale price 25€ until August 7, 2019 or until sold out. In case we don’t sell all Cinepasses in the presale they will be available for purchase at the festival for 28€.
Cinepass is a novelty that replaces the accreditation system and works on a similar principle - you register into the system (standard visitor account) and from there you can not only buy a Cinepass for 4 Elements and other festivals but later you can book a spot for the individual films according to the rules of admission that we will publish before the event. The price of a Cinepass for the Summer 4 Elements is 25€ when purchased in the presale and 28€ when purchased at the door. The entry for individual projections without a Cinepass is 4,5€, the accompanying events are admission free but Cinepass holders have priority entry. A Cinepass allows the holder to attend all parts of the event’s program. Also movie theaters have seats reserved for Cinepass holders (70% of movie theaters with free seating).
You can exchange vouchers (virtual cards) purchased at the portal Cinepass.sk for wrist bands with a code at the accreditation center of the festival during the whole event. Vouchers (virtual cards) are non-refundable! The number of Cinepass holders is limited to 180 people. We will inform about the remaining Cinepasses still available for purchase at the website www.4zivly.sk or our social media.
System Cinepass allows you to purchase tickets for individual screenings. If you don’t own a Cinepass, just visit Cinepass.sk and purchase your tickets from the comforts of your home in advance and avoid waiting in lines at the ticket booth.

EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS
A Cinepass allows access to all screenings and accompanying events and enables the holder to reserve seats in movie theaters (70% in Kino Akademik with free seating; in other places the number is not limited). We ask the Cinepass holders who have reserved their seats in the system cinepass. sk to arrive at Kino Akademik at least 10 minutes before the screening starts, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Visitors without a Cinepass can purchase the tickets to individual screenings and events as well – 30% of Kino Akademik is available to them (until the cancellation of unused reservations); in other places the number is not limited. Tickets for film screenings at Kino Akademik, the Cultural centre (KC), Eleuzína and the amphitheater are €4.50. Tickets for the Friday performance at Kino Akademik are €6. The admission fee to screenings of 4 Elements for Kids for children under 15 years old is €2. Accompanying events at Art Café, the Cultural centre (KC), Kafe & Klub Spojár and Eleuzína are free of charge, Cinepass holders have priority entry.
No dogs are allowed in Kino Akademik, the cultural center and the amphitheater!
Smoking is not allowed in the amphitheater!
ACCOMMODATION
The festival participants can lodge in several accommodation facilities in Banská Štiavnica, the complete list of accommodation facilities can be accessed at the website of Banská Štiavnica region. From low cost facilities we recommend Scouthouse (Hostel St Juraj) and Student Dormitory of Secondary School specialized in Forestery.

4 ELEMENTS RECOMMEND:
To keep drinking water in case, especially in the hot wheater.
To wear warm clothes for evening screenings and equip with blankets, because the weather in Banská Štiavnica is treacherous and nights are cold.
To keep it clean. Instead of polluting screening areas and accompanying events with trash, rather throw it to the nearest rubbish bin. It is never too far away and anyone of staff will direct you with pleasure.
To ask – the one who asks, learns a lot.
