4 Elements for Kids will take place from August 9 to August 11. It will offer in its film program a preview screening of the Czechoslovak fairy tale Watchmaker's Apprentice which will be attended by the authors of the film and a screening of the animated section Ka-Boom! attended by its author Veronika Kocourková. Apart from the film program, kids can look forward to two creative workshops – art and animation – for the movie The Kite by Martin Smatana. 4 Elements for Kids will be as usually concluded with a final presentation of the animation workshop.

The admission fee to the film screenings is €2 for kids under 15 years old and €4.50 for adults. With the 4 Elements participant accreditation the admission is free. In case of a great turnout to the screenings, kids have priority entry. The entry to the open art workshop as well as the final presentation is free, without the need to sign up, until the capacity is reached.

The animation workshop has a limited capacity of 18 participants who have to sing up in advance.
