The film is an adaptation of a novel written by Monika Kompaníková and has received various international awards. It tells a story of children who rather than at home feel safer in the streets where they search for rescue boats on the boundary between a fairy tale and a rough reality. 10-year-old Jarka, who always feels lonely, desperately seeks love and a sense of home. She finds everything by chance when she discovers two babies on the street and decides to become their mother. She hides them in an abandoned garden cottage and with her younger friend Kristián, they form a strong family like they always wanted, well hidden from the eyes of adults...

 

My Life as a Zucchini

After his mother passes away a 9-year-old boy nicknamed Zucchini goes to an orphanage full of orphans just like himself. A nice policeman Raymond helps him survive his first days in this new and according to Zucchini unfriendly place. Together with Raymond and the other kids he learns the value of trust and true love. The film will be screened with live simultaneous dubbing by experienced and well-known voice actors Kamil Kollárik and Hera Turban.

A nice oddsockeater Hugo has to learn to live in a world full of traps after the death of his grandpa Lamor. His life gets often complicated by his twin cousins – Tulamor and Ramses. The adventure begins when Hugo decides to save one of his cousins and encounters the dangerous Coyotes... The movie is based on a successful book written by Pavel Šrut and illustrated by Galina Miklínová and it transports onto the screen not only the oddsockeaters but also the magical city of Prague with its typical settings and dominants.
