Exhibition - Triennale of Small Object and Drawings

The exhibition Triennale of Small Object and Drawings that started on June 22, 2018 in Jozef Kollár Gallery in Banská Štiavnica with a vernissage and will go on till September 16, 2018, is accessible for Cinepass holders for free; you only need to show your wristband. The exhibition presents works of more than 30 contemporary visual artists from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The selection focuses on works that have not been intensively shown and therefore are not well-known to the audience. The concept of the curators Mária Janušová and Erik Vilím aims to apply theses of speculative realism and its subcategories, objectively oriented ontology, but also the attitude of society towards contemporary visual arts. In this context, the exhibition wants to ask questions that are seemingly simple and basic, but paradoxically, it is difficult to find answers to them.
