Petra Sopoušková (1989) studied at a context-oriented studio at the Faculty of Fine Arts (FAVU) at Brno University of Technology and architecture at the Faculty of Architecture (FA). She works mainly with the themes of social urbanism and perception of time. She tries to give her works multi-layered meanings for different audiences. The medium depends on the character of her work, but she often uses rational graphs and mathematical operations in contrast to more emotional drawings or paintings.

Marcel Mészáros (1984) is an artist and illustrator living and working in Banská Štiavnica. He
often uses the motif of old things and spaces in his drawings – these topics come from local particularities. He works with specific places and through atmosphere and manipulation with the perspective tells his own stories and ideas. His works are closely connected to the book medium.

The Stolen Gallery is an experimental street art project whose initial idea was born in Český Krumlov. It enables people to encounter art right in the streets, outside the oficial predetermined venues. Although exhibitions in public areas bring the risk of damage or the to the artwork, such “stealing” is an acceptable price for free culture that we can share with other people. The Stolen Gallery has been taking place in Banská Štiavnica since 2011.
