Summer Film Festival 4 Elements

Picnic at the football stadium & Indian Summer

As the last year’s picnic at the football stadium was a major success, 4 Elements decided to organize it again. Even this year, you are more than welcome to join for a blanket session and satisfy your taste buds with whatever fine foods you can think of (or rather the recommended food delivery service BS Streetfood can think of). We will meet at the pitch during a late screening of the film Indian Summer.

Saša Gedeon directed a simple story consisting of ordinary situations, resembling films of the Czech New Wave. The shy and taciturn Klára arrives to a small Czech town to spend the summer at her grandma’s house. Her relationships with boys (and not only those) are overshadowed by her cousin Marie. When Klára starts developing, partly thanks to Marie’s advice, tables turn. Marie, who now stands in Klára’s shadow, comes up with a plan of revenge.
